First Choice Health

Our therapists are in-network with First Choice Health, and bill them directly.

At Self and Other, we offer online therapy for anyone in Washington State, in addition to in-person sessions in Seattle.

For out of network billing, a monthly statement can be provided that you can use to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Verification of Benefits

We do not verify benefits and will bill First Choice Health directly. Please check your insurance benefits before booking to ensure that mental health is a covered service. You are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance, including the full session fee.
